libcitygml0-bin software package provides Utils of libcitygml - citygml2vrml and citygmltest, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcitygml0-bin
libcitygml0-bin is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcitygml0-bin package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcitygml0-bin *
You will get with libcitygml0-bin package name, version, architecture and description in a table
